June, 2004: Talen Publisher & Events presents the “I Infra Congress” – Biggest Brazilian meeting of leaders in Infrastructure Management of Building Properties, Commercials, Industrials and Corporative. Brings together annually the biggest specialists of the Country (facilities, properties/building managers), with the purpose of discussing important themes inside the current context of big transformations in the Properties Management, that impacts in the Management of Building installation and Corporative and in the production chain of the Brazilian property market.
From the year of 2007 promotes regional meetings, with the length of a day, being Rio de Janeiro the ideal place to the realization of the “I INFRA RIO”, an experience of success that brought together in that occasion 250 professionals from the most different activities, being them: management of building and property, facilities in industrials sites, oil, of entertainment, mall, financial and educational institutions, telecom, energy and others.
